We are expanding our operation in Crewe and have an opportunity for an exceptionally motivated Credit Controller to join Alliance. This is a great role for the right person to join a truly dynamic business and a very focused team.

About the role:

• Working closely with National Account Managers, opening new accounts
• Working together as a team to achieve set KPIs
• Dealing with a variety of National accounts queries, via email and telephone
• Building relationships with Alliance customers and liaising with them regarding payments
• Reviewing and applying customer credit limits
• Create bespoke statements/invoices and ensure customers Invoicing/Statement needs are met

About you:

• Bright, aware and enthusiastic
• Numerate, imaginative and computer literate
• Experience within a finance office would be beneficial, but training will be provided
• Enjoy being part of a lively and fun environment
• Experience using Excel
• Experience within Credit Control would be beneficial especially National accounts
